Training will be held consistently on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week until the end of the season. Training kicks off at 6:30pm and usually will run for between 1 – 2 hours.

On Thursdays, a free BBQ will be provided to all players who attend training.

All players are encouraged to try and get to training around 6:30pm so full on training can kick off at 6:45pm. Touch football is usually played prior to the start of training as a warm up exercise.
