Due to the ever increasing health risk from the Bondi Covid-19 cluster and recent Stay at Home orders for 4 LGA’s in Sydney, the NSW Metro League will not be proceeding with its Round 8 fixtures, we hope that everyone stays safe and listen to the health advice from NSW health.
In an upcoming meeting the league will decide table points from this round.

Round 5 of the Saturday Metro League and after 3 cracking matches last week and after another successful double header at Blackmore, its Carlingford’s turn when they host competition leaders Sydney Uni for their first home match of the year, along with cellar dwellers UTS and Macquarie. The Saturday Metro League has aligned it self with most A-Grade competitions mercy rule, raising the points differential to 60 instead of 50 at the Leagues monthly meeting.
While the rule change is designed to keep players who want to play on the field longer, we look forward to having more action from our great sides.
